Best results: Dampen lips with a warm, wet washcloth in the shower or simply by licking them, or spritzing with rosewater/toner/etc. Then apply a very small amount onto lips & massage to the point of absorption. Warming it onto your lips with your fingertips will give you a glossy finish. When using the scrub, with your finger/cotton pad/tissue, make circular motions and allow the dead skin on your lips to loosen. Try not to peel away skin that isn't ready, although the salve will soothe raw lips. Remove all scrub material & splash lips with cool water.
